4. How do I prepare the surface before applying the primer?

1. Remove all oil, grease, and dirt using a suitable degreaser.
2. Remove loose paint or rust with steel wool or a wire brush.
3. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before spraying.

5. How should I apply the primer?

1. Shake the can well until the agitator ball rattles freely.
2. Spray in smooth, even strokes from 15–30 cm away.
3. Apply a thin, even coat, building up as needed.

6. How long does it take to dry?

• Touch dry between coats: 30 minutes.
• Fully cured: 24 hours before applying a topcoat.

7. How many coats do I need?

Typically, one coat is sufficient. Additional coats can be applied if a smoother or thicker layer is desired, allowing 30 minutes drying time between coats.

1. Only use in well ventilated areas
Remove all traces of oil and grease with suitable degreaser. Remove old paint and loose rust with steel wool or wire brush. Shake the can well before use so that the agitator ball can be heard rattling. Spray in smooth strokes from 15-30cm away. Coat the surface with a thin and even layer.

2. Allow time to dry
Allow the product to dry for 30 minutes between coats. Also allow 24 hours to fully cure before applying a topcoat.

3. Storage & Reuse
This aerosol should be stored out of direct sunlight and in temperatures below 50°C. To prevent blockages, invert the can and spray for 2 seconds. For best results use between 10°C and 25°C. Extremes of temperature affect drying performance. Consult the safety data sheet for additional information.
