Jenolite Seasonal Project Photo Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Jenolite, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.
3. How to Enter
Submit genuine before and after project photos showing the use of Jenolite products via the method specified on the Jenolite website or official channels.
Entries must be submitted before the relevant seasonal closing date to be included in that draw.
No purchase necessary unless otherwise stated.
Incomplete, fraudulent, or inappropriate entries will not be accepted.
4. Promotion Period & Draw Dates
Prize draws take place four times per year:
End of March
End of June
End of September
End of December
Exact entry deadlines may be published on the Jenolite website and may vary each season.
5. Prize
Winners will receive a digital voucher/coupon with a value of £150. This voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The voucher may only be redeemed on jenolite.com and must be used in accordance with any applicable terms of use.
Any remaining balance after redemption will not be issued as cash or credit unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected by Jenolite based on submitted entries.
Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
If a winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe (e.g. 14 days), Jenolite reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Use of Entries
By entering, participants confirm they own the rights to submitted images or have permission to use them.
Entrants grant Jenolite a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use submitted photos for marketing, promotional, website, and social media purposes.
8. Liability
Jenolite accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical or other reasons beyond its control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jenolite shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of a prize.
9. General
Jenolite reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
